Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
Every plan is available at a monthly or annual rate. Annual is billed once per year at ten times the monthly rate - two months free compared to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your Billing page.
Your subscription stays active through the end of your billing period (monthly or annual). After that, your account goes read-only - you can still view all your data (claims, reports, leads, knock history) but can't create new work. Your data is kept for 90 days.

Starter ($297/mo) gives you 5 seats with door knocking, 3 territories, lead pipeline, and claims - the essentials to get started. Monthly subscription charges are refundable for 3 business days from the charge date. Annual subscription charges are refundable for 30 days from the charge date. After those windows, charges are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances listed in our Refund Policy (duplicate charges, extended outage, erroneous renewal after cancellation).
